Service Description

After a breathwork session, many truths reveal themselves, old patterns are identified, and stuck emotional pain can be released. Depending on how deep your trauma goes, you may want to revisit what came up during your last session. That’s why I offer continued 1 on 1 support through an Integration Session. An integration session is a 1 on 1 Breathwork and Core Clearing Session, where I will guide you through the process of recognising, documenting, feeling, and then valuing your past experience that has manifested itself as your current pain. I believe it is important to integrate what you have just discovered about yourself so that you don’t slip back into old patterns, and continue moving forward with clarity.
