For a truly deep dive and release - clearing blocks, pain, and triggers that prevent you from living life to the fullest and releasing any inner resistance. The Uncovering You Program is a 5 session treatment - each consisting of Breathwork, Core Clearing, and Magnetic Mind principles. I will intuitively guide you through the process of recognising, documenting, feeling, and then valuing your past experience that has manifested itself as your current pain. Sometimes it’s so hard to know your heart's desire…this program will clear away the clutter, and take you to the core of what makes you happy, joyful, and purposeful.
